Antonio Frazier -

Antonio Frazier is a lab executive and engineer whose career has always been focused on consumer and public safety. He now leads his own consulting firm, Fire Consults, where he focuses on lab and manufacturing quality assurance, operations, and business development. Whether it be ensuring that critical jet engine components are fit for duty or cannabis products are safe for patients, Antonio has always worked to ensure that high quality products enter the market. Antonio Frazier was the first Furman University athlete to complete a dual degree earning both a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Clemson University and B.S. in Physics from Furman University, where he met CannaSafe CEO, Aaron Riley while playing football together.

Antonio began his career as a Nuclear Quality Engineer for the Tennessee Valley Authority, certifying and verifying the final construction of nuclear components. He then moved into aerospace engineering, performing quality assurance for the foundry, testing lab, heat treatment, and special finishing departments for SKF USA in Maryland. Antonio joined CannaSafe in 2017 as the Director of Operations, Aaron’s first hire after taking over CannaSafe, where he was tasked with securing the quality system and preparing the lab for large scale volume. 

After helping CannaSafe land on the Inc 5000 fast growing company list, Antonio was named President of the company in 2020. Antonio also joined the board of Americans for Safe Access in 2020; he enjoys using his industrial, public safety- focused skillset to forge the standards of the burgeoning cannabis industry. CannaSafe sold in late 2022 and Antonio has been in a consulting role since that time.

Antonio has also significantly expanded each company's community involvement with a heavy focus on social equity and accessible consumer safety education. He regularly educates consumers and industry leaders about cannabis safety and maintains relationships with organizations that carry the same moral standards. He immediately sought out a 3rd party certification when entering the cannabis industry in 2017, and that is how he found PFC. He feels things have come full circle, as he now serves as interim director and looks forward to expanding the program into new states. 

Alex Kiddle -

Alex has been working behind the scenes with different groups and has created proven Quality Assurance systems for a range of different industries.

Alex thrives with solving operational issues and gathering data to support analysis. When companies need systems to follow and improve their productivity, Alex finds cost effective strategies that can be applied.

His background is rooted in the life sciences and laboratory compliance. But that hasn’t stopped him from managing compliance internationally, and from different perspectives of the manufacturing process.

Alex has been validating and creating analytical methods for cannabis testing laboratories since the beginning of the legal market. He has operated at all levels of the cannabis and supplement testing business. His fingerprints are all over the testing industry. In 2019 Alex revamped CannaSafe’s QMS and procedures using his industry inside knowledge to cope with the largest lab in California. In 2020 Alex worked at Koi CBD and gained GMP/ISO 9001 certification. He was a leader at the Hemp Roundtable where he provided a scientists point of view and policy creation across the country. He helped open AGQ Green Nature Testing Lab in 2023 with validation, hiring, QA and Ops.

Whether it is KPI analysis, regulatory interpretation, or good old fashion manufacturing processes; Alex is able to jump in to create productive workflows.
